The Chelsea Black Heritage Trail is a community-driven initiative dedicated to preserving and celebrating
the contributions of Black residents to our city's history. Markers with multi-media elements will be installed on sidewalks throughout the city highlighting key locations and events in Black history.
Each marker should include educational content, imagery, and a QR code linking to additional resources.
The selected artist(s) will design engaging, historically relevant artwork to be displayed on the posts, reflecting the rich cultural legacy of the Black community in Chelsea.
